Can bosses have shields that interact with the weapon perk disruption break? If so, wouldn't that make it a viable DPS option with something like arbalest since it debuffs the enemy by 50%?

As a weapon perk that debuff should stack with tether or TC

yes, it does stack, but it only works for KINETIC weapons of which there are few viable for dps, and on top of that the only bosses with breakable shields are the 2 in GOTD

also its only for like 3 seconds or sth
