doesnt even let me apply shaders to lvl 30 + weapons

guckign game always pissing me off

i inserted the memento when i first crafted it

same goes wit my ikelos smg

lvl 173 wit memento yet cant apply shaders

and if i hover over the shader it says menento required

has to be whatever shader comes with it
