i would go for a full run or two to get the increases, they are kinda significant

the full clear wont give you the increase, but you can do the triumphs that do, and it will give you an increase to your next boss looting (if you done all looted clears this week you gotta wait till weekly reset)

i think its all challenges, all encounter triumphs, some fireteam composition stuff and flawless
