Exotic Intrinsic Perks from Presage

I don't understand a thing about them other than that they're involved with the weapon crafting thing, why are there different tiers and does Presage only give Dead Man's Tale intrinsics?

The different tiers let you access the different traits on the weapon when crafting.

I don’t remember the exact order, but just getting the gun let’s you change the barrel.

Getting the next intrinsic let’s you change the mag

The next let’s you change the perks like vorpal, rapid hit, killing wind

And the last upgrade let’s you change the stock

And yes only doing presage gets you these intrinsic upgrades

so that means that the highest tier would be the total amount of perks you can modify

right?

and Presage only gives the intrinsics that mod the Dead Man's Tale

Yes, I believe it’s the 4th intrinsic upgrade that allows you to reshape all the columns of traits for dmt

You will still need to level the weapon up to access certain traits within those columns
