Currently on a hotspot trying to play D2 and every time I try to play any mode with matchmaking I get stuck looking for guardians 1/12

Any fix?

So the game is trying to search for guardians likely with a similar connection/region but since ur on a hotspot its not finding anyone

You can change your region with the /region command. Must be performed in one of the text channels.
