no, but I know they have some troubleshooting tips to make sure future emails come through

if you're looking for the weapon statistics, you can use the Charlemagne bot in this server to access that data and see which of your weapons got the most kills this season

for some the email is delayed, seems to be sent out in batches

my alt accounts recieve the email way before my main does usually, could take up to a week from the first email for it to be your turn
