Should I make a build with cyrtarachne facade or dragons shadow for strand hunter. Dragon shadow would be for the threaded specter aspect. This is for PvP, wondering which would be long term effective.

just shotgun them instead of dodging infront of them
the young ahem build is alright but its worse then strand

you should stop getting so defensive about builds you dont consider good for yourself for whatever reason
just accept there are other builds and playstyles to your own

stompees are still good because movement will never not be meta
but there are now more options, id say dragons shadow is a good replacement i wouldnt bother with cyrtarachnes
unless you are a good sniper that is able to actually take advantage of the flinch reduction

dragon shadow is good for weapons stuff, stompees is good for movement boosts, bombadiers have their place if you know how to use them, if you want to build into the suspend slam you could go for sixth coyote, but eh
if you want an easy to use good one, either stompees or dragons shadow

i was confusing drag shadow with 6th coyote
run that
you already get weapon buffs from thread of ascent
and dont be afraid to use ur dive for saftey/movement
