Does the lightfall exotic armor have some base stats set because I got 3 swarmers with very similar stats?

No they shouldn’t. Only way they would be the same is if they were collection rolls

some armour pieces have slightly predestined stats, but it is also very heavily influenced by the armorer you put on your ghost

Its all around 20 mobility 10 resilience 15 recovery and discipline and some intelect

20 + 10 + 15, 35 on top side, you have a high stat armor, nice

Mine (base value not mw10)
2 mobility/10resil/19recov/15 discipline/10 int/7 str

for 20 mobility you have to either have your armorer on that, no armorer at all, or an armorer for one of the bottom 3 stats

you can roll 20 in mob with an armorer for the other 2 top stats
