Conditional Finality - 3rd run
VoD Exotic - 1st run
Eyes of Tomorrow - 4th run
1k Voices - 1st run
Navigator - 1st run
Heartshadow - 30th run xd
Spire Exotic - 2nd run
Touch of Malice - 10th run

I lowkey believe that there's some hidden increase drop chance for people that are new to the game. I've asked other new lights and they've almost gotten all raid/dungeon exotics in low clears.
When veteran players are hitting 100+ runs to still get vex.

imo only collective obligation, navi, and cf are good

Plus idk if you saw but you get rockets back for getting kills with eyes

its the same as gambling sites, for the first couple of time frame you have increased luck to incentivise playing more of it, and when it drops off you still play cuz you got addicted
btw this "new player luck" also exists for returning players, if youve taken a break for an EXTENDED time, eg. like more than a year or sth you also have increased drops
