Other extraneous circumstances like a boss that only takes precision damage or who has some kind of weird interaction with Wolfpack rounds

I think for very specific solo dungeon bosses they can be good. Briar's is really good for the final boss of Ghosts and the 1st boss of spire because surrounded can activate.
