Can i get other classes legendary armor's without creating that class

As i see xur selling a good roll armor for titan but i dont have titan so can i get it with my hunter somehow

you can buy the armor on another character i believe but you need titan to use the armor

fairly sure you can only see the armour for the class you are currently on? but if you can see it you can buy it, then chuck it in the vault for later

[autumn fulcrum]

you can only see the legendary armour for the char you are on, the exotic armour you can buy on every char tho

even then, its not too long to run a new char thru the new light intro bit, especially since you can just transfer your guns over and make it a breeze
