The Number(arc), Positive Outlook(void) these are precision frames just like Ammit-AR2(solar) and it will complete the set(sub-class ) if the first two be craftable like ammit, so will bungie make them craftable in future ? if so any approximation ?

Outlook is a Vanguard weapon so no on that for sure, The Number I doubt they ever would. Ammit was the exception not the rule.
