Are hand cannons two shot or three shot in pvp? I feel like two solid head shots do the trick, but I'm told needs three shots.

3 shots to the head for 140s and 120s, 4 headshots for 180s. Damage buffs might be able to change it to 2 shots, but it takes a significant buff

in rare cases 140s can 2 tap, but it takes a very good player to pull that off, 120s are easier to get the 2 tap, but they also need the right roll and a decent player to get there
