I mean there isnt a way to farm commendations, you just have to do activities and at the end people can give them to you if they feel like it

I think there is a cooldown to how offen you can give out commendation's now. I had happen last season i couldn't give any out for like 1-2 days.
what is they have set to trigger it i don't know but i just know i had it happen as well as others

If yall remember that one finch xp farm by loading cp in that one wq campaign mission, if you have 2 people you can farm that i think
Idk if they patched that but if it still works that can give commendations and its pretty fast

Most commendation farm have been patched by putting a forced cooldown after activity completion
