Hey, I want to make a stasis build on my warlock but I don't have witch queen for osmio, so is there something else that is viable like eye of another world or is it better to use another subclass?

just looked at my vault and idk but you could take a look into battle harmony and agars scepter

or some other neutral exotic like vesper with the freeze on rift aspect

you could try using mantle of battle harmony with ager’s scepter

but i haven’t tried that so idk if it would be good or not

but imho i think you should use a different subclass because osmio makes stasis lock extremely powerful

and no other warlock exotic makes stasis that good
