I am trying to unlock psiops BGs. I did 1st 2 WQ campaign Qs. and the 2 before rising tensions. I did not get the rising tensions quest to go to the hanger for the meeting

Psyops battlegrounds were a seasonal activity from the season of the Risen, the first season in the witchqueen DLC era, all of the seasonal activities from previous DLC eras are sunset at the end of the DLC's run,

e.g. when lightfall came out, all the seasonal activites from witchqueen stopped being available. the only one that is currently available is psiops BG the moon, which is currently a Grand Master Nightfall

cant play last years seasonal content, either get lucky from banshee or xur for a gun you want

make sure to buy 5 so you can have all the patterns for it
