I need to know how weapon drop works, I have done RoN and did some last encounter farming but only have drop spoils, is that normal or just unlucky ?

thats normal

ron as the most recent raid gets you one encounter drop per week per character ever clear after only gives spoils

only ones that are farmable are the raids in rotation that week

As he said but typed confusingly, ron only drops weapons and armor on the first completion per character per week. It is not farmable

It will be next season when the next raid drops though.
