if you want spikes in the top half i suggest havin a discipline armorer mod

on legendary armour you can get a maximum of 68 stat points distributed 34 in the top half and 34 in the bottom, so if you want double spikes

you have to get lucky, i would recommend putting the focus on one of the bottom 3 stats, as the focus

usually eats up a great amount of the available stat points
