Just in Case: is bad, not worth getting

Last Man Standing: not worth getting

Outlast: PvE Outlaw/demolitionist || PvP Keep Away or Encore with Killclip

Sole Survivor: PvE Field Prep/Firing Line || PvP Snapchot/Eye of the Storm

Its not actually that bad in pve, you can get subsistence and kinetic tremors. Both are really good perks.
