Vex Mythoclast drop rate increase

Hello, I've read that you have 1% chance to get Vex Mythoclast and that every clear you get a 0.25% chance increase. Is it only the first clear of the week or does it increase every time you clear it on a rotator week.

on rotator week it doesnt increase at all, its at the minimal dropchance the entire time

the increase is only on the weekly clears in non rotator weeks

and also, i think the numbers are higher, but idk
