Help. How to enhance perks on adept weapons.

Title says it. I got a god roll wendigo and I can't find a way to enhance the perks. Thought you could but starting to think you can't.

can only do it with kingsfall,vow, and root adepts i think. so basically only raid adepts

damn. hate being right. well i guess it'l be on the backburner until they let us enhance all the adept weapons. or I need it for a weird arc grenad build.
