What are good builds for GMs specifically

What are good builds for GMs I don’t care about class at all

All ability Spam builds that dont reqire kills or exotic weapons to work:

Hoil Arc/void titan, Leap Strand titan, contraverse void lock, arc lock, osmio stasis lock, arc hunter

And Support builds like ceno well lock for making heavy and invis hunter for save revives

Id say having a ceno well lock with Div is the best build rn as you can Mark all Champs, your Team melts them with heavy and gets heavy in return

i wanna get my friends to do a aeons/cenotaph team with 1 on aeons, one on aeons, and one on gally and just slay out

but they all say it sucks and luckpants is better 💀

Isnt it more optimal though to have some kills for these

What mean by that e.g.if you run void lock, dont run nezarecs Helm. You only get cooldown on kills but if your teammates steal then you wont have cooldowns. It's better to run kill independent stuff if that makes sense

I ran contraverse with child of the old gods and it was so good but the arm mods are disabled so the build wont really work

Yeah the mod situation kinda sucks rn, just do the cenotaph + div build yourself and tell your Teammates to bring arby + rocket and the other guy on blinding gl + gjally with scav mods

It takes a bit more coordination then just luckypants go brrr but it's worth it

Btw you dont even need to use aeons+cenotaph, you can literally just do double cenotaph and Mark targets twice. Put the 2nd ceno on the gjally and let him bring a legendary trace

I am pretty sure if both cenos Mark a champ and the third guy gets the last hit, all 3 players get 1 brick. But that just adds another level of complexity(if your mates wont try it) so better to just run 1

Triple ceno gives everyone 2 bricks

It’s used a lot in gm speedruns

Vesper arc warlock is super strong even for soloing gms. Getaway artist arc warlock (which isn't reliant on kills like fallen sunstar)

Necro strand warlock with glaive (eg nezarecs)

Then the standard osmio stasis lock, void contraverse

Cenotaph warlock on any subclass you like but I personally enjoy strand with it

If you want to go crazy and experiment, mantle of battle harmony is also nice with eg. stasis and ager's scepter or solar subclass

Titan abeyant leaps strand; a friend is running strongholds w sword which is niche but strong

Titan solar synthoceps

Void hunter (eg omni for teamplay) or arc hunter with liar's handshake

There are so many good builds for gms. All the players has a bunch of good ones on youtube + solo's gms

Lightblade is just an annoying gm but everyone above is correct

It's a kill-based exotic, while you can obviously run anything nowadays in GMs including neutral exotics like Aeons - I wouldn't say it's the best.

There are better choices for arc. Vesper, getaway, and if you want kill based Fallen Sunstar at least provides utility for the team

Yeah but tbh vesper and sunstar kinda boring

They're good but unironically stormtrance with crown just feels great to use

Sunstar gives ability regen like crown? How is it boring. I also wouldn't go around stormtrancing in lightblade.

Vesper is incredibly fun with a glaive like Nezarecs and easy duo + solo GM material

You can tank so many attacks with stormtrance it's insane

Especially towards the lightbearers

Let's agree to disagree. But I'm happy that you enjoy it, and ultimately let's be real...there is the most efficient ways to clear but people can literally run anything and be fine 🙂

To be fair I've been running wishender with glaive but you can totally do eg. arby and glaive or forbearance or any fusion rifle of your liking

My personal fav glaives are: nezarecs with lead from gold + frenzy, judgment of kelgorath with overflow and unstoppable force or close to melee

Shield duration or range masterwork and extended or appended mag

plus you can have 2 champ mods on with glaive and arby/wish

I agree with lsd shark simply because there are so many barriers and you don't want to rely on your teammates for stuns
