I saw a stream of something that looked like earthquake in a line when he shot the ground. It was a square looking launcher

those are waveframe grenade launchers. sounds like the one you saw specifically was forbearance from the vow of the discipline raid.

forbearance is by far the best, but there are also other flavours of waveframes

also currently easily available are the stasis waveframe from the ghosts from the deep dungeon, and a void one that is just a world drop you have to get lucky with

there is other wave frames you can get that would be easier to get then forbearance

Its my next raid to pug anyways so ill just save up reds for it. Though ill see if there is one with blinding
