I could be wrong but i think you get more drops and more chances for the weapon, the more leaves you use

So you might be better off alternating between pvp/ strikes or whatever drops a bunch and the eaz

yeah you get one drop just doing the activity, think I've gotten up to 4 drops total by having 20 leaves and converting them all

Just complete the event with the armor set on

Apparently the more pieces you have on, the more will get converted per leaf.

Me personally, i dont really care about optimal so i just threw on the mark only
