The Titan Shoulder Bash recharges fast now, is this part of the new patch notes? If you dont hit any enemy with your shoulder bash, it recharges extremely quick. Like 2-3 seconds

Bungie recently made a change where if you don't hit a target, you lost about 10% melee energy. It was too strong as a movement tool in crucible was the reason.
