Trying to tinker with warlock build and for some reason, I'm not allowed to equip Momentum Transfer, Impact Induction, Focusing Strike, or Bolstering Detonation.

I'm guardian rank 7 and I definitely have the available energy.

I thought it was just the solstice gloves, but it seems to be all arms. My Sunbracers have Impact Induction equipped, but it's grayed out. Did they get disabled in a patch or something?
