I wouldn't say either of them if you don't play often. If I had to pick one, the Lightfall key.

im into all the endgame content and do raids very frequently. so i would grind the Ship outta the dungeons, what would prodide the greatest loot benefit now and into the future

Hard to say as the second dungeon for lightfall hasn't come out, but there are really nice weapons in which queens second dungeon "spire of the watcher" It's first dungeon Duality also has some nice guns.
