Like, I know that Kali is the best in LW, but what about the other raids, what encounters are the best to just farm?

depends on what you're farming for, LW got the drops redone so that all items can drop from Kali but other raids still drop loot based on encounter, so if you want X weapon you have to farm Y encounter

can check the loot table and see what encounter drops what
I believe first encounter is popular

but if you're looking for a reckless oracle (that only drops from 2nd encounter) farming first won't do you much good
