You had to get Conqueror last season, then it would show up at the top right of Grandmaster Nightfall.

You can only complete the GMs that you have not yet done for the current season only once; this feature is added so you can Gild Conqueror faster.

You can also join others for the GMs you are missing for the Conqueror title. Then this will unlock the ability to do the GMs again to gild Conqueror.

Once Conqueror is Gilded the only other way to do other GMs than the current weekly is to Join Others that are able to launch the GM.
