they're not spawning in nightfalls currently

I think there's one that spawns in the moon in patrol, near the opening of where garden of salvation starts.

you can also load into the lightfall or witch queen legend/master campaign difficulties. if they aren't already there, you can access the lost sectors. they will have the champs appropriate for the lost sector in there.

assuming the ones for this week spawn you in an area where you can access them, I don't know which missions are active this week.

can also try the beyond light and shadowkeep hunt missions on legend or master

RON 1st encounter is easy to get Barrier. Start encounter, go kill the 2 bubble psions which will spawn the champ and tormentor
