Need help doing raids. Never done any of them took about 4 year break I’m very behind.

You can use #find-a-sherpa to find people willing to teach or otherwise newbie-friendly groups. I suggest watching a video guide and finding a group there.
If you're a little more confident, you can ask groups in whatever raid text channel you choose and ask if it's ok for you to join even if you have no clears. Worst they can say is no.
If you want to get used to the environment, you can practice dungeons, which are easier but can get you used to harder combat areas and mechanical difficulty.

Oh yea, don't try that piece of advice with any group that has KWTD in the post. That's a given though
