So I tried to do the DD exotic quest but kept getting slowed by phalanx blasts. I thought this was only for pressure trials but we never activated toland during that run. Do pressure trials carry over into other DD runs?

Not 100% sure but I do believe modifiers and difficulty scaling carries over to the quest

chill touch is a modifier active in deep dive in general this week, regardless of doing the pressure trial or not. it might be a weekly modifier so you can just wait til next week.
