About the new loadouts system, are mods stored in loadout?

If I want to create two loadouts, using the same armor pieces but with different mods, would the mods auto apply as well, when I change the loadout?

yep, the mods are saved for each particular loadout

Another tip loadouts can pull weapons out of the vault for you

everything except weapon skins are saved
