No way to get surges with out guardian rank 7 for a new light f2p

it says I need gurdain rank 7 I have done everything I can but the last task is to increase my rep with the season vendor to level 2 but I do not have access to him bc I do not own lightfall

so paid 10$ for seasonal

If I remember correctly 6 is cap for f2p

you can do rank 6 as a f2p and you wont be able to advance to rank 7, because of the season stuff

but you can still do the triumph or rank triumph for the mods, as its not tied to seasonal stuff

iirc its the nightfall thing that gives those mods

just checked on a fresh new light account, and i dont seem to be able to do anything season of the deep related apart from the intro mission

that is a horrible system then, locking new light f2p out of basic buildcrafting materials

Armor charge mods are unlocked by doing the nightfall rank objectives for Guardian Rank 7, meaning you need to at least be rank 6

To get rank 6 the only thing I’m not sure you can do is get the seasonal vendor to rank 2
