#deep sight and weapon crafting

i did the deepsight activation for the forbearance grenade launcher five times and it still isn’t unlocked. i got two red borders to drop and then used three harmonizers to three others. am i missing something?

It should be craftable, whats your progress ingame, does it show 5/5 or something else?
