Any tips on getting this sidearm? Ive been grinding public events, t3 chest, wellspring and lost sectors for over 4 hours now and still havent gotten it

Once you get to rank 30 with Fynch, every engram he gives will drop a weapon. You could also try doing any quests that are related to the Throne World, but I can't remember if any of them drop it specifically

the lucent hive powerful spawns were a high chance at redbar weapons, method was spawn, check spawn area (where lucent hive spawn, white castle lookin) then go to other area (not swamp) and check it, rinse repeat

Ye i tried this for a while but didnt get a single red border gun at all if the guns would even drop
