Other than infusion fuel, just focus on pinnacles

sometimes if you get big disparities in items, like say 2x+4 and a 0 and the others are 2x-4 then a powerful in one of those lower slots can bring it up to your baseline

but that's a rareity, and the powerful has to land in that slot
