I was told I should be trying to get triple 100 in mobility, disicpline and resilience but I dont know what focus mod to put on my ghost for all three, any ideas?

Focus discipline. That will give you a spike in discipline of course, then you have a better chance of getting another big spike in resilience or mobility
Rather than focusing mobility and getting a big spike in that, which is less likely you get another spike in resilience since they are in the same “bucket” of stats
