Im looking for advice on how to go about checking if a weapon is a god roll or not.

From what I understand Light.gg goes off popularity and isn't always reliable because of that, and the roll checker in dim im unsure if these rolls are pvp or pve orientated and if this is even a accurate tool aswell. How do you guys go about checking?

Even though light.gg goes off most popular, most players will gravitate towards the best rolls. The only problem is that sometimes there are curated rolls, usually as part of a questline

light GG is still a resonably sound check.
if there is a clear favorite, generally other stats will be significantly lower overall distribution.
If there are 1-3 close traits in a given column, then they are all probably decent.
bottom tier traits are generally an indication of poor performance as well.

Lightgg is still a good indicator, theres usually a top comment that goes more into detail and explains some perk combinations

On dim they explain specifically for pve pc, pve consol, pvp.....ect. Which is pretty useful when you're looking to min Max. I use a combination of the two.
