Sorry i put in to many lines doe the exotic only drop from the weekly raid or is it just that you can farm exotics from that specific raid
same question for pinacles

The exotic is once per character, per week UNLESS it's the weekly rotational. Then it can be farmed like any other item.
Pinnacles is still once per character, per week.

gotchu thank you so raids funtion normaly but you can farm the weekly raid for drops/excotic

also does anyone know where i can go to change my region?

You can change your region with the /region command. Must be performed in one of the text channels.

yes and just to clarify, the newest raid is NOT a weekly rotated raid.

Subsequent clears of Root of Nightmares per character do not have a chance to drop the exotic, but once the new raid comes out RoN will be farmable on the weeks it’s rotated in
