What are the best Shotgun perks I should be looking for?

Smallbore + Accurised rounds + Threat Detector + Opening Shot + Range or Handling Masterwork. It depends on how much base handling the shotgun has and which character ypu plan to use it on

Ophidian Warlock doesn’t require handling since it’s maxed out anyway - for example
