Is there any kind of semi-reliable way to farm these? I need 1 more iterative loop and can't use deepsight harmonizers on them AFAIK

do gold patrol farms. Load in, go to the 3 zones and look for gold patrols. If there is one do it, they have a chance to drop the red border weapons. If not simply reload the instance and repeat

Did this again recently and it was dropping weapons that were not neomuna weapons. Kinda a bummer

It used to only drop neomuna weapons. So you can't even get the gold rolls while you grind XD

i realized you just can't use harmonizers on weapons that you already took patterns from, so i could use one if necessary, but rather save 'em if i can
