other than ghosts of the deep, all dungeons on normal mode should be at the power floor of 1600. so as long as you've been playing the game recently you should already be there for all dungeons except gotd.

I believe you can max power in an activity when you are +21 above it. if you're learning to solo dungeons, I would be at least 1810 for gotd. But I would also try soloing other dungeons first to get a better feel.
