no, you need 5 unique disparity's to deepsight 5 times. you can buy 5 disparity's from xur and deepsight those 5.

yes I know but will it let me craft it once I do
I don't want to spend 5 harmonizers then find out that im still not allowed to craft it because I don't own a piece of content from a year ago that I'm not even able to buy any more

that is actually a good question. I don't think that's a restriction at all, since deepsight inherently is free.
