For weekly raids and dungeons, is every encounter pinnacle or just the last?

Like for example, is atheon and just the final boss of the shattered throne pinnacle this week or is it worth it to go through start to finish?

Weekly only the last chest, but with the newest dungeon and raid, which is currently GotD and Ron, every chest is pinnacle
