As far as I know, the medal drops when you kill 2 guardians with an smg in a crucible match, however after taking down 5 in a single life, I still do not have the medal drop for me? Anyone with similar experience?

Looking back there’s a forum post from 2021 with people talking about being bugged. Seemed to be random whether or not they got it.
Last update was April 2022 and it was still bugged.
