Every single match, both teammates depart before the commendation screen even comes up. Why do they do this? And how? It takes time for the return-to-orbit wheel to fill, even after the screen loads.

How is it possible to depart from the match to que another one so quickly, before the final screen even comes up?

after a match hold the open director button, go to crucible, then click trials and wait for the launch button to turn green
then click that obviously
