Overload chieftan heals to full no matter how hard I try, I stun with pulse try to linear him and even used super, still couldnt kill him. Im 1811, advice?

Have you tried using a rocket launcher after the stun like a hot head, they hit pretty hard should get you down to the finisher.
Something like this or machinegun for DPS should help

for overload? what pulse stuns overloads? I thought it was scout and trace. Best thing tho is using rocket/machine gun or shotty and when they finish being stunned swap back to your stunning weap and repeat
