If it's simply as it says, that ammo finding "perks" will drop ammo for allies. There are no ammo finding perks this season that I can see. Is this mod useless this season?

I'd post a snip but it wont let me. It says "When one of your ammo finder perks creates a brick of Heavy ammo for you, it also creates bricks of Heavy ammo for your allies."

the only way the scout mod functions is if you have a finder equipped, most other mods that generate ammo in the game like that already make it for your team. bricks from beyond might've been the only exception

it's a mod, the generation of ammo itself is a perk, that's why the text comes up in the "buff" section of the screen on the left

Yeah that's fine if that's how it works lol. I just wish it was more clear. They've picked up their game a bit in that regard so was kinda under the impression it was accurate to it's description.
