This one challenge where you have to catch 25 fish with maximum catch bonus, isnt it just this little bar on the right side? i had it maxed multiple times but i dont even have a little bit of progress.

you either didn't get to max or you waited until bar was gone

oh thats actually the reason? like you have to pick them up before the event dissapears?
